faulty air conditioninguncomfortable bed
The air conditioning was a total joke, the room was just always cold. the hot air system didn't work right either, and it made a racket i couldn't even sleep with, i felt frustrated. i asked for a room with a double bed, and i got two mattresses pushed together with just a sheet over them. there wasn't even a mattress topper to fill the gap. I kept falling between the mattresses all night, this really affected my sleep.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great (especially the coffee!).
The air conditioning was a disaster. The room was continuously cold. the service for hot air in the room didn't work correctly and made a noise. It was not possible to sleep because of the noise it emitted. (Seriously, what a joke.)

yana made our check in great with a warm welcome it was lovely. the breakfast buffet included many options i dont usually see.
the air conditioning operated on a central system that i could not turn off, it made some noise.
